Access

The web-interface is intended for authorized business users. Access may be granted, changed, or withdrawn according to the applicable customer agreement and security requirements.

Authorized users

Customers are responsible for assigning access only to trained and authorized users. Users must keep access credentials confidential and report suspected misuse without delay.

Controller operation

Commands from the web-interface may affect a physical controller. Customers remain responsible for installation, site safety, water and power supply, physical access, maintenance, and local emergency procedures.

Availability and support

Availability, support levels, maintenance windows, and fees are governed by the signed customer agreement or order form.

Data and confidentiality

Customer data is processed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the web-interface and assigned controllers. Confidential information must be protected and used only for the agreed purpose.

Warranty, liability, termination, and law

Warranty, liability limits, termination rights, and other commercial terms are governed by the signed customer agreement or order form. Swiss law applies, and the competent courts at the provider's registered seat have jurisdiction unless agreed otherwise in writing.
